Privacy
Plain information about this website.
Last reviewed 16 August 2026. This notice describes the migration-ready local version of the new Graymatter website. It must be reviewed again before launch if the hosting, analytics or contact tools change.
What the current website collects
The local build does not use analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts or a web contact form. It does not intentionally set tracking cookies.
Standard technical logs may be created by the hosting provider after the site is deployed. The final hosting configuration and retention settings must be checked as part of migration.
When you contact Graymatter
If you email or telephone us, we receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond and manage the conversation. Do not send confidential, sensitive or production data in an initial enquiry.
We may retain business correspondence where reasonably needed to manage an enquiry, engagement, legal obligation or record. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for that purpose.
Service providers and overseas handling
The providers used for website hosting, email and future business systems may process limited information in Australia or other countries. The provider list and applicable settings will be confirmed before launch and this notice updated where necessary.
